• pita bread
• portobello mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in olive oil
• feta cheese, lowfat if you so wish
• sundried tomato paste (I guess you can make your own, but I buy it in a jar near the jarred minced garlic at Dillon's)
Combine all inside a pita half. Toast. Mmm.
